Worksheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are the main tools for making decisions. Worksheets contains information, which is grouped into several functional blocks as you can see in the screenshots below. Management decision form preparation contains a lot of tips about certain cells. For your convenience, data i cells is highlighted in red, if the decision parameters are incorrect or not optimal.
When decision parameters are changed, then model automatically updates demand forecast and distribution plan of the products to agents and distributors, and also calculates profit based on the results of the decision. All financial statements repeat calculations from management report and help to choose the most optimal decision.
Built-in macros allow to copy prepared decision to Strategy sheet for further detailed analyze. Also macros help to choose optimal parameters for prices, advertising or high quality raw materials for achieving the maximum result.
